The basics of shopping with CozyVale.

1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the CozyVale website and to any order you place with us. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.

2. Orders

When you place an order you'll receive an order confirmation by email. A contract is formed once we confirm your order. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item can't be made or was clearly mispriced — and will refund any payment in full.

3. Pricing & payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken securely at checkout. We take care to price accurately, but if an obvious error occurs we'll let you know before going ahead.

4. Made-to-order items

Many items are crafted once you order. Estimated dispatch and delivery times are given in good faith but aren't guaranteed. See our Shipping and Returns pages.

5. Cancellations & returns

Your statutory rights are unaffected. Our returns process is set out in full on the Returns page.

6. Products

We do everything we can to describe and picture our products accurately. As many pieces are handmade, slight variations in colour, grain or finish are natural and part of their charm.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter where it would be unlawful to limit liability.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
