Our promise

If something isn't right for your home, you can return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items should be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Made-to-order & personalised items

As many of our pieces are crafted specifically for you, we can't always accept returns on made-to-order or personalised items unless they arrive faulty or damaged. If anything arrives less than perfect, we'll replace or refund it — no quibble.

How to start a return

• Contact us with your order number and whether you'd like a refund or exchange.
• We'll send simple return instructions within 1 working day.
• Once your return reaches us, refunds are processed within 3–5 working days to your original payment method.

Damaged or faulty?

Please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund straight away.

This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights.
